You selected the option to request help with your Metacentric login. This screen allows you to use the details you know to get a username reminder or new password by email.
If you need a user name reminder, enter your registered email address. If you can't remember your registed email address, enter your username. If you enter your user name and email address, we will generate a new password and send it to you by email.
What next?
HelpWhen you activate the Lost Login button, the details you have entered will be checked and login help sent by email. If you complete only one field, we will send a user name reminder to your registered email address. If you include your user name and email, we will send a new password and ask you to confirm the change.
We only send user name reminders to registered addresses.
