Details are included in our consumer and business terms of service. In short, you must request cancellation in writing and we will shut down your account on receipt. You must pay any outstanding service charges.

If you choose to cancel this agreement, you should first shut down your Web Feed Generator service using the Change service status screen and remove any feed links from your site.
